Modafinil pills, also known as Smartfinil 200, are an excellent way to increase alertness and wakefulness, particularly if you're feeling too tired or sleepy during the day.  By raising dopamine and other neurotransmitter levels associated with alertness and mental clarity, it activates the central nervous system.  Effects usually start in 1-2 hours and last for 12-15 hours.  Although it keeps you alert and concentrated, Smartfinil is not a replacement for sleep and should not be used as a regular way to avoid taking breaks.  Headache and anxiety are possible adverse effects.  To prevent negative consequences, always use it sensibly and in accordance with medical advice.
